4th project in the station area of Luxembourg City!

Pylos Luxemburg confirms its leadership position on its two core markets in Luxemburg, the Central Business Distrtict and Luxemburg City Station Area, with the purchase of a property located Rue du Fort Wallis, located next to the office buildings of Arcelor Mittal, HSBC and others. This is Pylos’ fourth project in the Luxemburg Station Area. It was preceded by “Gare 65”, “City Station” and “Red Station”.
Pylos will develop a 4.000 m² prime office, Breeam certified building. The project will be delivered beginning 2015.
