Only three months after the delivery of E-Lite, Pylos is delighted to announce that a lease agreement has been signed with CRA International. They will take up the top floor as from 1st of February 2015.
Together with Matis – who entered the building on 1st of July – 64% of the total surface of the building has been leased. Three floors are still available with a total surface of 2.500 m².
E-Lite is an office building on a prime location in Brussels with a BREEAM certification "very good".
