Pylos has successfully started to market E-Lite by concluding a first important pre-let with Volkswagen Group Services. The group will be leaving the IT Tower and will rent over 2000 m² at E-Lite for its own use. The combination of contemporary quality architecture and efficient, sophisticated technical equipment has convinced Volkswagen to enter into a 9-year contract.

The 30% take-up confirms the strategy to opt for sustainable redevelopment together with investor Fidentia Green Buildings.
This pre-let also signals the start of the second stage of the renovation work. E-Lite will be ready in the fourth quarter of 2013 with the Breeam ‘Very Good’ certificate.
