Less than 12 months after the start of the demolition work the initial phase involving 2,200 m² has been completed. Volkswagen Group Services, who signed a fixed 9-year lease late 2012, moved into their new offices as early as late November. This first phase was completed exceptionally fast thanks to a rigorous follow-up on behalf of our Project Managers in consultation with the tenant. Early 2014 it is Knight Frank’s turn to move to their new company headquarters in E-Lite. The entire project is to be completed Q1 2014 and so far 60% of the overall capacity has been leased in advance.
