Last week Pylos signed a 9 year lease contract with New Yorker for its retail unit located at Avenue de la Gare 8-10. New Yorker has almost 1.000 stores in 38 countries, making it one of Europe's largest fashion businesses. The unit consists of 800m² sales room and 150m² stock room and will be New Yorker’s first flagship store in Luxemburg city. The opening is scheduled for October 2013.
The complete building located at Avenue de la Gare 8-10 is currently being renovated; the 2500m² office area and 70 underground parking spots will be delivered in the summer of this year. Pylos is in contact with several parties who have shown their interest in this project.
