First rental at Citylink (Luxembourg)

Pylos has successfully started the commercialization of Citylink (3,835m²) in Luxembourg with the first major off plan rental (> 20%) to Banque Hapoalim Suisse SA. It involves a long-term rental contract at a rental price of 39 € / m² / month + VAT. The development of the project will start in January 2013 and completion is scheduled by the end of 2013. The building will have a green energy certificate (CPE) as well as a "Very Good" BREEAM certificate. Property Partners managed the rental.
