Major sale achieved by the Pylos France team

The Ferrières-en-Brie (Marne-la-Vallée) hub is the "flagship base" of the Hubert group, which markets its food products under the "Coup de Pâtes" brand. A 12-year secured lease has been signed, with the option to extend it when the site is expanded.
The location is excellent, as the site is situated alongside the A4, with an extensive frontage facing the motorway, and along the royal route leading directly to the château of Ferrières-en-Brie, which formerly belonged to the Rothschild family.
The premises comprise 13.000 m² of temperature-controlled warehousing (below and above freezing) and R&D laboratories, and 5,000 m² of office space housing the group’s head office and the offices of the Ile-de-France subsidiary.
It should be pointed out that these premises were the first in France to be awarded the "BREEAM Industrial" certification.
Pylos Bel Air, a subsidiary of Pylos France, has sold this asset at a profit of slightly over 8%, excluding fees and rights, to a private French investor.
