Groupe Hubert (Hubert Finance) decided to lease 2.000 m² of extra space in the “Bel Air” building at Marne La Vallée. Pylos will develop this surface in a next phase. The 16.000 m² already leased by Groupe Hubert will be delivered in June 2011. The additional surfaces are expected to be delivered by the end of 2011.
The building is let out for 12 year fix. Thanks to the exceptional combination of construction and tenant quality the building currently generates lots of interest on the investment market.
Pylos France already delivered 2 tailor made buildings to branches within Groupe Hubert; “Rousset Business Park” and “Pylos Garonne”. Both developments were delivered in the summer of 2010 and are 100% let out.
