AXA and the Dexia-Pylos joint venture have closed the sale of Star Gate, Pylos’ latest office development in the Luxembourg CBD.
The newly constructed building offers 7.000 sq.m. of office space that is certified Breeam “Very Good”. AXA Vie Luxembourg shall occupy 70% of the building as from its delivery in the summer of 2012.
The currently unlet surfaces (top floors) will be commercialized by Pylos, several potential tenants have already expressed their interest.
The project value is estimated at +/- 55 mio euro.
