Pylos (Benelux) sells mixed-used pre-construction project in Overijse

At the end of 2012, Pylos obtained building permit for the construction of a retail and SME project (approx. 2,000 m²) on one of the main roads into Brussels.
The project has a strategic urban location and was approved after intense collaboration with the authorities.
Last year, the construction project already attracted the interest of a private investor, who will now develop it further for his own portfolio.
