Pylos is developing a Triple A commercial building in Rio de Janeiro Downtown. The site is adjacent to the acknowledged 'Ventura Tower' project.
After years of dispute regarding the land, Pylos proposed a unique condition for the current owner, Mercaante, and has finally been able to lay hands on it.
The Permit will soon be introduced and marketing will start promptly.
The project entails +/-20,000m² of sustainable office space. A GREEN BUILDING certificate will be issued.
The first contacts with potential clients will start soon.
