On March 25th, 2020 Pylos Luxembourg successfully completed the development of a mixed-use real estate development in Avenue de la Gare 3-5 in the center of Luxembourg.
The project consists of 2 retail spaces with a total lettable area of 584 m2 and 30 high-quality apartments, including 1 penthouse. The residents have access to a beautifully decorated courtyard.
The apartments have been sold to a group of international investors. The retail units are currently in the market for rent with ongoing negotiations with a number of potential tenants.
