Pylos will acquire and renovate the former HQ of Axa Vie Luxembourg which is located at 100m near to the Stargate building in the Luxemburg CBD and within 100 meters from Pylos’ Star Gate project.
The renovation will be Breaam certified and delivery is expected by the in Q3 summer of 2013.
The building offers a total of 3500 sq.m. of office space and will be provided with fit out with an entire new front a new facade, special techniques latest technology and new interior finishing.
Besides a spacious public parking place in walking distance at the front side (Glacis), the building disposes also of an has an internal parking space place with a ratio of 1/125 sq.m.
