Pylos Zambia has initiated the earthworks for its first commercial development in Zambia. On the site, located in the heart of the Kabulonga neighborhood, the company intends to develop a 7,000 sqm GLA convenience center which will bring a variety of new and innovative retail options to the area.
Pylos Zambia initiated its activities in Zambia in October 2014. The company concentrates on commercial real estate development and investment, with an emphasis on strip malls.
