Last week Pylos sold 'City Station', signature building located on Avenue de la Gare 8-10 in Luxembourg, to an institutional investor. The building has an office surface of 2,550 m² and a commercial area of 810 m². The office tenants are: Centralis Group, Russian Commercial Bank, Alpha Private Equity Fund 6 Management. The ground floor is leased to the brand New Yorker.

Since its entry on the Luxembourg market in 2004, Pylos has delivered a total value approaching 250 million Euro. All projects are located in the CBD and station area.
