After the first development phase of Watson & Crick, Pylos has successfully initiated the second phase with a rental agreement with the Lhoist group, a Belgian company global leader in lime, dolime and minerals.
The focus on sustainability and quality, inherent to Lhoist, can also be found in the building they will be occupying in Watson & Crick. Lhoist will be leasing out the whole Building T (GLA of 4.000 m2) as from mid-2016 and this for a minimum period of 9 years.
