Pylos is a privately held commercial real estate development company with Belgian roots and a global presence.

Founded in 2001 by seasoned real estate professionals Vincent Boutens and Edward de Nève, the company was established with a clear mission: to be a fast-moving and creative property developer focused on saving time, optimizing equity, and minimizing risk.

Pylos has developed a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including office spaces, hotels, and shopping centers across a range of geographic markets: Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Brazil, Zambia, and Mozambique. By working closely with local professionals, the company has built deep market expertise and an extensive network of connections in each country.

Over the years, Pylos has developed and sold 35 projects, with total gross sales exceeding €950 million, and continues to hold a number of assets in its portfolio. For future investments, the founders have chosen to pursue independent paths, channeling new ventures through their respective personal holdings.
