Pylos is building a customised logistics platform for "Groupe Hubert". A 12-year leasing agreement was signed with BOUL'PAT ATLANTIQUE, a Groupe Hubert subsidiary. The building covers 4,322 m² of cold store warehouse (including both refrigerated and frozen spaces) and 971 m² of office space and will receive a “BREEAM Industrial Good” rating.
