Pylos made a splash during the latest edition of MIPIM!
We welcomed a large number of guests in ‘Casa da Pylos’, a lovely apartment on the Croisette in Cannes. Brazil was the "Country of Honour" at MIPIM 2014 and this inspired our chef to add a Brazilian touch to his dishes.
Pylos used this opportunity to present its recently launched activities in Zambia.
On 1 August 2014 a new Ulla Popken outlet is opening in the Avenue de la Gare 36. Ulla Popken will occupy the 330m² ground floor and has signed a six-year lease. The Gare 36 project also includes an office floor and three apartments to be delivered in September of 2014.
Less than 12 months after the start of the demolition work the initial phase involving 2,200 m² has been completed. Volkswagen Group Services, who signed a fixed 9-year lease late 2012, moved into their new offices as early as late November. This first phase was completed exceptionally fast thanks to a rigorous follow-up on behalf of our Project Managers in consultation with the tenant.
