Ferro Belgium, an affiliate of Ferro Corporation, decided to move its offices and application laboratory (> 1200 sqm) to the Watson & Crick Hill building in Mont-Saint-Guibert.

Their new facility will be the sales, customer service, marketing and technical support for Ferro's European Polymer Additives Business.
Ferro Corporation is a leading producer of specialty materials and chemicals.

Pylos is developing a Triple A commercial building in Rio de Janeiro Downtown. The site is adjacent to the acknowledged 'Ventura Tower' project.

After years of dispute regarding the land, Pylos proposed a unique condition for the current owner, Mercaante, and has finally been able to lay hands on it.

The Permit will soon be introduced and marketing will start promptly.
