Pylos closed a new Brazilian deal!

Pylos closed the purchase of the “Proposito 130”, a project near to the harbor of Rio de Janeiro, next to a 35.000 m² development by the Brazilian Central Bank.

The location will be re-developed to a modern business environment.

At this instance the first plans are drawn and the commercialization will follow shortly.

Pylos acquires first Brazilian project after 3 months operations!

After only 3 months of presence in Brazil, Pylos has acquired the Botafogo 242 project. Botafogo is a located at the Rio de Janeiro beach front and is one of the top locations in Rio.

The Pylos Brazil team will develop a hotel via reconversion of a residential building.

With the Soccer World Cup of 2014 and Olympics of 2016 coming up, there is an increased demand for hotels.

Marne La Vallée : Pylos France asked to expand the building before delivery!

Groupe Hubert (Hubert Finance) decided to lease 2.000 m² of extra space in the “Bel Air” building at Marne La Vallée. Pylos will develop this surface in a next phase. The 16.000 m² already leased by Groupe Hubert will be delivered in June 2011. The additional surfaces are expected to be delivered by the end of 2011.

Pylos welcomes Yann-Alexandre Tydgadt as our new Project Director for Benelux.

Yann-Alexandre is a Civil Engineer with a Master degree in Finance at Vlerick. At the age of 26, a new world opens for him and we wish him all the best with Pylos.

As Project Director, Yann-Alexandre, will follow up the A to Z projects for Pylos Benelux.

After Oaktree Capital Management, Alpha Group, Société Générale Banking & Trust have settled in this prestigious new building, one of the sitting tenants that is Société Genérale has decided to let one additional floor. This brings the total number of Société Générale Banking & Trust occupied floors to 4. Out of the 9 available floors at delivery only one remains unlet today.
